When you group the employees into small teams you are in a position to learn more about the different individuals. Upon the creation of the small teams put someone in charge of every team. Teams creation makes it very easy for the human resource manager to follow up on different employees more closely. There always will be some issues that will require the attention of the human resource manager and this necessitates the need for the spelled out protocols.

The growth of the company is the main reason why we need to hire more people to this company. In any of the activities that the firm is involved in the kind of employees hired are those who are in a position to do what is expected of them. This way you make them feel like part of the company and they will operate as expected. There should be a channel set up for those individuals who have any grievances that they need to air. As the human resource manager create an environment where the employees will not be afraid to report any unethical issues taking place. Create an induction procedure that is fair to all individuals. Sometimes a firm might be upgrading and there is a need for additional training for the existing staff which should be done fairly. The productivity of the staff depends on how best they are treated by those supervising them.
